Since 1993, PENN SACCA has been providing out-of-school-time professionals with information, training, and resources to assist in the delivery of quality programs for school-age and afterschool programs.

We enthusiastically welcome newcomers! As a PENN SACCA member, you join hundreds of out-of-school-time professionals and youth organizations that are dedicated to quality school-age care. Your membership helps us continue the mission we have striven to fulfill over the last twenty years.

PENN SACCA is the Pennsylvania state Affiliate for the National Afterschool Association (NAA). By becoming a PENN SACCA member you have chosen to become involved in a statewide, nationally affiliated organization dedicated to the promotion and development of out-of-school-time professionals. NAA and its State Affiliates share a mutual purpose and agreement to support, develop, and advocate for Out-of-School Time professionals and the profession. NAA and its State Affiliates build connectivity among stakeholders and create opportunities for engagement to ensure a vibrant future for the Out-of-School Time profession. ​

OST professionals who are not paid NAA members and live in PA, our state affiliation, and a OST PA 2026 Conference registration makes you eligible for a free NAA membership. If you prefer, NAA membership may be purchased directly from NAA on a sliding scale from $25 to $150. For more information, visit naaweb.org/page/Membership.
